XinHaiXun Photoelectric owns and operates a large scale manufacturing facility, which is composed of a number of manufacturing workshops that include, but is not limited to, a planar light wave circuit splitter production workshop, an optical splitter chip production workshop, as well as an optical fiber connector production workshop.

In the cross coupling workshop, there are thirty sets of efficient processing equipment, allowing us to carry out a monthly production of 150,000 pieces of passive optical components. After production, orders will undergo testing carried out in strict accordance with GB2828-2003 sampling schemes as indexed by the acceptance quality limit (AQL), thus guaranteeing the final coupling adhesion effect.

XinHaiXun Photoelectric’s assembling workshop is home to 12 different testing machines, which allows operators to monitor a diverse range of technical parameters, including IL (insertion loss), PDL (Polarization dependent loss), RL (returning loss), UF (utilization factor) and more. Not only that, but online sampling is also carried out for different testing parameters, such as TDL (Temperature dependent loss) online test, drop test, tensile testing, passive connector test and more in order to ensure the final quality of all products.

The optic connector manufacturing workshop is outfitted with four assembling lines, thirty two grinding machines, twenty optic connector inspection microscopes, four Connect- CHEK6000 and a 3D interferometer, which all work together to support a monthly production capacity of one million connectors, so that we can meet the requirements of our wide array of customers.

The packaging workshop is outfitted with a number of quality control staff, who are responsible for the full inspection of products before packaging. Here, another test is carried out on the finished passive optical components before final delivery. Any defective products will not leave the factory.

XinHaiXun Photoelectric has also built several optical fiber array production workshops, each of them covering an area of 300 square meters. These workshops are responsible for numerous manufacturing procedures, starting from the very first stage of raw material receiving. For fiber array assembling, after placing raw materials into a vacuum chamber for bubble removal and fiber dispensing, a grinding process will be introduced for all components. After grinding, monitoring of specific sections will be carried out, ensuring the fiber arrays are qualified for delivery.

Compared to the production of optical fiber arrays, planar waveguide production is easier. Production of the planar waveguide begins with PLC wafer cutting, using 3 different dicing machines. These machines work in an uninterrupted manner for a high production output. During planar wave guide grinding, an accuracy test carried out on the chips is the most essential procedure, and only those that are determined to be qualified will be used in the planar waveguides. By doing so, we can ensure the final planar wave guide quality has been improved. To further ensure the accuracy and performance, top of the line equipment and manual testing are also utilized.

We always keep sufficient inventory in our warehouse. Products stored in the warehouse are capable of meeting overall sales volumes in 4 to 5 days. To ensure a smooth operation and organization within the warehouse, a FIFO (first-in, first out) system is utilized. Not only that, but thanks to a short haul cycle and long term partnerships with trusted logistics suppliers, we have also been able to lower shipping costs for our customers, which in turn leads to a lower overall product cost.
